The Building Maintenance Department provides a variety of services for all government owned buildings. Scope of services range from renovations, repairs, installation, and monitoring of all city operated systems and facilities.
The Building Maintenance department is composed of the supervisor and two assistants who specializes in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance. The department regularly schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance inspections city-wide in efforts to prolong the sustainability of all systems and facilities.
